OBJECTIVES The Scientific programmes of the workshop will emphasize on popular lectures on Astronomy delivered by scientists of Interuniversity center for Astronomy and Astrophysics Pune and Aryabhatta Research Institute of observational science,Nainital. 20 schools from different parts of Uttarakhand State will be selected for preparation of Astronomical Telescopes under the supervision of IUCAA ,Pune. With the help of these telescopes a sky-show will be organized in the night of November 14th and15th,2009.
