B.A. (Six Semesters/3 year degree Course) Under CBCS System
A candidate has to select two subject from following subjects under disciple specific core course (C.C.) having 6 Credit each.

(i) Economics - 80 seats (ii) English Literature - 80 seats (iii) Mathematics - 10 seats
(iv) Political Science - 80 seats (v) Sociology - 80 seats (vi) Hindi Literature - 80 seats
(vii) History - 60 seats

Beside two core courses, Student has to pass in core course Hindi Language /English Language Paper I in Semester I/II and Hindi Language/English Language Paper II in Semester III/IV.


B.A. III
B.A. (Hons.) Mass Communication (Proposed) 3 years – SDSUV

If the number of students in any subject is less than 10, no teaching arrangement will be possible therefore the students will have to take alternate subject in its place.

M.A. English 4 Semesters 40 Seats

M.A. Mathematics 4 Semesters 10 Seats

B.Sc. (Six Semesters/Three Years Degree Course) Under CBCS System
A candidate has to select three subjects from the following subjects as core course (C.C.) having 6 credit for each subject.

(i) Chemistry - 320 seats (ii) Mathematics - 230 seats (iii) Physics - 240 seats
(iv) Botany - 240 seats (v) Zoology - 240 seats (vi) Geology - 80 seats

A candidate has to choose one of the following combinations :

(i) Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (CPM) (ii) Chemistry, Botany, Zoology (CBZ)
(iii) Physics, Mathematics, Geology (PMG) (iv) Zoology, Botany, Geology (ZBG)

For merit calculations for admission in B.Sc-I, candidate will mention the marks obtained in PCM/PCB in class XII in online registration form.
B.Sc. Part III
Note: Intermediate with Geology is not required for studying it as one of the subjects in B.Sc.-I

M.Sc. Chemistry 4 Semesters 25 Seats
M.Sc. Physics 4 Semesters 20 Seats
M.Sc. Mathematics 4 Semesters 50 Seats

Certificate Courses :

I. Spoken English (3 months)
II. Physico-Chemical Analysis of water and milk (3 months)

Note :

  1. As per university notification M.A./M.Sc. students shall be allowed to appear in only those optional papers which are taught in the college.
  2. Applications for casual admissions of those who are eligible to appear as ex-students will be considered only if seats are available.
  3. For P.G. courses separate application form for each subject must be submitted for being considered for admission to more than one subject.
  4. For P.G. courses as per the percentage of marks obtained by a candidate will be indicated in a letter grade. A student is considered to have completed a course successfully and earned the prescribed credits if he/she secures a letter grade higher than B. A letter grade B in any Course implies a failure in that course. A course successfully completed can not be repeated for the purpose of improvement.
