The admission of a student can be cancelled at any time during the session in case it is detected that he/she has given incorrect information or concealed certain facts.

ADMISSION RULES & PROCEDURES

Admission to B.A. Part I, B.Sc. Part I and B.Sc. Agriculture Part I shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations.Admission to PGD Mass Communication and PGD Tourism and Hoteliering shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in graduation.

Notes : Students who have secured less than 45% marks in Intermediate examinations will not be considered for admission to B.Sc. Part I and those securing below 40% marks will not be considered for admission to B.A.-I.

Application for admission complete in all respects should accompany the following :-
  • Character certificate from Principal of the institution last attended.
  • Attested copies of mark-sheets of the examinations passed.
  • T.C. from the institution last attended.
  • Attested copy of High School Certificate.
  • Two spare copies of passport size photographs.
  • No objection certificate of the employer in case of candidates engaged in any job.
  • Anti Ragging Performa.
  • Special performa for students outside Uttarakhand.

Note :-
(1) Student seeking admission shall have to present himself/herself before the Admission Committee for interview alongwith all original certificates and marksheets.
(2) He/She must submit Migration certificate within one month from the date of admission,if earlier enrolled in some other University.
