B.A. (Six Semesters/3 year degree Program) Under CBCS System

From the above mentioned subjects, a candidate has to select any two subjects under  Discipline Specific Core Course (DSCC)  having 6 credits  each. Besides two Core Courses,   student has to pass in Core Course of English Language and Hindi Language (6 credits). English Language Paper - I in Ist semester, Paper- II in IIIrd semester, Hindi Language             (Paper I in IInd semester and Paper II in IVth semester ).

For merit calculations for admission in B.A.-I Semester, candidate will mention the marks obtained in any five subjects of class XII in online registration form.

M. A. Programs

M.A. (Four Semesters/Two year degree Program) Under CBCS System

For merit calculations for admission in M.A. -I Semester, candidate will mention the marks obtained in theory papers of subjects opted in UG Program in online registration form.

B. Sc.  Program

B.Sc. (Six Semesters/Three Years Degree Program) Under CBCS System

1. B.Sc. (Physics)

4. B.Sc.  (Botany)

5. B.Sc.  (Zoology)

6. B.Sc. (Geology)

A candidate has to select any one subject combination from the following subject combinations as core course (C.C.) having 6 credits for each subject.

 1. PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)  

2.  CBZ (Chemistry, Botany, Zoology)

3.  PMG   (Physics, Mathematics, Geology)  

4.  ZBG    (Zoology, Botany, Geology)

Besides three core courses, student has to pass in  AECC ( Ability Enhancement Core Course) of  Hindi    or English Communication  (4 credits) in  Ist Semester  and AECC of Environmental  Science (4 Credits) in IInd semester.

For SEC (Skill Enhancement Course) and DSE (Discipline Specific Elective), please see page 13 of college Prospectus (2020-2021). Intermediate with Geology is not required for taking it as one of the subjects in B Sc.

M. Sc. Programs

M.Sc. (Four Semesters/2 year degree Program) Under CBCS System

For merit calculations for admission in M.Sc. -I Semester, candidate will mention the marks obtained in theory papers of subjects opted in UG Program in online registration form.

Note:

·As per university notification M.A./M.Sc. students shall be allowed to appear in only those optional papers which are taught in the college.

·Applications for casual admissions of those who are eligible to appear as ex-students will be considered only if seats are available.

·For P.G. courses separate application form for each subject must be submitted for being considered for admission to more than one subject.

·For P.G. courses as per the percentage of marks obtained by a candidate will be indicated in a letter grade. A student is considered to have completed a course successfully and earned the prescribed credits if he/she secures a letter grade higher than B. A letter grade B in any Course implies a failure in that course. A course successfully completed cannot be repeated for the purpose of improvement.
